The hotel location is very strategic to go everywhere within the city, good restaurants nearby (by car). We got corner rooms with 2 window views to the city on the 8th floor. Breakfast was good. Nice hotel.

pleasant stay, comfortable working condition, friendly. May be better if receptionist listen carefully of the question to avoid misdirection of the place asked.

Comfort place to stay after hectic days. In Medan.

Enormous space for one person in standard room.

Also, thumbs up for Fu0026B teams serving good meals.

Overall not bad but still have things they can improve. The hotel itself is reasonable for the price and location. Good for a couple of days.

The room itself has no problem. But the receptionist is too slow on working. Just a check out process needs 15-20 mins.

One of the worst Four Points I have ever been to. I traveled all over the Indonesian archipelago but this Medan Four Points is bad. Half of the food in the menu is not available. The other services like Gym or Sauna are just on paper. The breakfast is a joke-is more like a Fave hotel than a Four Points. Better to avoid.

One of the best hotel in Medan city, i would recommended this hotel to you, the service is good, the location is easy to be accessed. The staffs are friendly.
