this hotel is good. But only good, not more.
The staff should be more responsive and informative.
you have to prepare a porter or worker which show the room for the guest.
the parking lot is narrow. there is minimart in the hotel.

Nice place to stay.but always noisy because of the high demand they clean up like no day or night. Can not rest well. They should change the bed stands into wheel so when they clean the room,not bothering next room guest. Some toilet already shakey, some tv almost dimmed.

The location is very good if you want to try cullinary in Medan. Just need to walk for 5 mins to Jalan Semarang and Jalan Selar Panjang.
Order Deluxe room for 2 nights. Overall the room is quite big but the layout is not normal because table is near toilet. Breakfast is ok with not many choices.

Room clean, good service, and if you want have chinese food culinary, there are lot of restaurant right behind the hotel

Room with no window not mention in advance. Welcoming good enough,check in fast enough. Location very strategic for Medan city 5 min by car to train station and mall. There are chinese cuisine at night in walking distance.

REALLY REALLY BAD! SCAM HOTEL. I just booked for 4 night with my family and after arrive in this hotel they didnt availble the cabinet for us. And then the room isn't like the picture. It's not wide like first we thought. They even lie about swimmingpool. I'm really dissapointed for this hotel. And the bedcover is stinks and dirty. Like they never laundry it.

Stayed for a week. Already regretted my decision within 2 days stay.

-The worst bed I've had slept on. Pillow was thick and hard, bed itself sinks deep after some time. Room service unwilling to change the pillows, saying all of them are the same.

-Breakfast was mediocre. The food presented were just somehow unappetising to look at and tasted bland, despite them seeming to try making it look like there's a huge variety to choose from when it's actually not.

-Noisy as heck. The hotel doesn't have a good soundproofing system. Be prepared for a restless stay/sleep if inconsiderate guests (especially those with children) starts making rackets.

I was fooled by this (I think) TikTok promotional video for the hotel, making me think I made the right decision. Lesson learned. Never trust whatever nice stuff social media shows you.

On the plus side, staffs were friendly and nice enough to cater to my complaint of noisy guests. Room is very clean as well.
