Dia bilang emng mahal tp bagus, fetomaternal sehingga pinter baca hasil usg, udh senior, jelasinnya enak, blablabla. Aku pikir it's ok mahal asal worth it. Selain pengen lihat wajah si baby (dgn usg 4D), aku jg pengen tau segala kelengkapan dan fungsi organ2 tubuhnya. Wajar penasaran krn hamil pertama.
Eeeh ternyata kecewa, marah dan sediiih kali rasanya. Udah bayar MAHAL, tp dokter dan suster MAU CEPAT AJA, SANGAT TIDAK INFORMATIF, KETUS, GAK MELAYANI BANGET sbg dokter kandungan yg harusnya paham kondisi psikologis pasien yg butuh informasi yg jelas agar lebih tenang, dsb. Jangankan nawarin pertanyaan, br mau ngomong aja udh di si suster dgn GAK SOPANNYA nyodorin buku konsul yg udah selesai diorat-oretnya sambil bilang "500ribu"!
Awalnya aku cuekin, dan lanjut coba bertanya hal yg selama ini pengen ditanyakan kalo kontrol, eh dia nyolot lg. Aku cuma bisa ngliatin sinis dan gak bakal pernah menginjakkan kaki apalagi merekomendasikan siapapun lg utk ke dokter ini. Modal alat usg 4D aja ni dokter! Gak usah deh.. Kalo mau kontrol liat USG 4D doang di RS jg banyak, bahkan lebih baik lg pelayanannya. Daripada di sini, perlakuan menjijikkan dan gda info yg didapat, berasa dikompas ma si makmur.
