The staying experience is better than expected. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are satisfactory, although our fridge didn't work that well. The breakfast buffet is lacking, and there weren't a lot of food options. Staffs are friendly, efficient, and always helpful.

Harper is one of the best hotel in Medan city. Located in a strategic location close to several centers in Medan Baru. It has 15 floors and has clean rooms. The breakfast here is extraordinarily delicious. Having a lot of menu choices for breakfast makes you feel at home and want to add more. Bottled mineral water is not provided at this place, instead a dispenser is provided on each floor and glasses and jars are provided in each room. Its function is to prevent the use of plastic bottles that pollute the environment.

I stayed at the Harper Wahid Hasim Hotel for a business trip for 3 nights in Medan.
I really enjoy the services and facilities provided by the hotel. Modern interior design, shaded furniture and high quality beds make my sleep very comfortable. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, hallway is perfect.
The entire staff served me very friendly from arrival at the lobby, reception, room service, and restaurant until the check-out process was very easy and fast.
The food menu choices at breakfast are quite diverse and not boring, the taste of the food is very good (yes! it's very good for a 3-star hotel), the quality of the food ingredients is very good with very decent portions for the price (I like Harper's fried rice and the hainam chicken rice is worth a try).
Perfect location close to the city center. Very decent for a hotel with a 3-star class but able to provide services equivalent to a 4-star hotel.

My no. 1 choice when I do solo travel. It is one of the most well-managed 3-star hotels I've ever visited in Medan. The location is pretty strategic and not so far from the city center, but not so noisy and crowded. Both facilities and services are on point. Staffs are super helpful and quick response. Big thanks to the reception team for facilitating my request to have nearly 45 mins earlier check in that normal time. Room is spacious, clean and well-equipped. I love the water speed of its shower so muuchh... Breakfast, indeed it doesn't have so many variations due to space limitation, however the fried rice and egg dishes taste so goodd (it will be perfect if it's warmer).

Kalo ditanya akan stay di sini lagi atau ga, of course, I will be happy to stay here next time.

Clean environment u0026 room. The washbasin a bit clogged. Restroom towel hanger bit dusty. Wish they can take notice more detail. Overall it have nice u0026 kindly service.

This is probably the best 3 stay hotel i have stayed!! The service was excellent from the check in process. Room size was good perfect for 1 or 2 people. The bed was very comfy!! Its a king size bed on a 3 star hotel!! I very much enjoyed staying here. On a side note, while i did not bring my own vehicle, the parking space is very limited so keep that in mind. Did not try the hotel restaurant so i can comment on that.

I have seen so many good reviews on how friendly the staff are, unfortunately I did not have the same experience. Me and my daughter staying there for 2 nights, during that period we saw staff gathered at the reception and not saying hello, not even when we came back in the evening. Only the security guard was helpful and friendly. Location is okay, surrounded by many eating places, room was okay. The service during breakfast was good, the food taste can be improved.
