Banyak sekali antrian untuk peserta BPJS. Jadi butuh kesabaran ekstra untuk mendapatkan pelayanan.
Untuk menghindari lamanya antrian pasien /wali boleh mengambil antrian terlebih dahulu sebelum jam pendaftaran dimulai.
Alur pelayanan pada umumnya sbb :
1. Pasien mengambil antrian
2. Menuju meja resepsionis untuk memberikan berkas rujukan atau berkas medis lain yg dibutuhkan.
3. Pasien masuk ruang BDR(basic diagnostik room) /ruang pemeriksaan dasar.
4. Kemudian masuk ke ruang Consultation Room untuk berkonsultasi dengan dokter sesuai dengan gejala penyakit mata beserta tindakan pemeriksaan lanjutan yg dibutuhkan.
5. Setelah dilakukan tindakan maka akan diberikan informasi tentang kontrol lanjutan oleh tenaga medis yg bertugas.
Tahapan setelah tindakan operasi katarak (kikis) umumnya sbb:
-Operasi berlangsung sekitar 30 menit dan pasien boleh pulang.
-Keesokan harinya periksa ulang.
-Seminggu kemudian periksa ulang
-Minggu berikutnya periksa ulang
- Dua Minggu kemudian periksa ulang dan diberikan resep pembuatan kacamata.
PS Note : Tahapan ini tergantung pada kondisi pasien , jika kondisi pasien baik selama pemeriksaan (kontrol). Jika tidak, maka tahapan pengobatan bisa lebih lama.

Tgl 29-09-2022 kemarin saya ke rs mata ini membawa istri saya untuk memeriksa mata dan konsul.awal nya saya ragu2 ke rs ini karna membaca komentar2 tpi saya coba saja dan ternyata betul2 kecewa dengan pelayanan nya.. dokter nya hanya ingin uang konsul dan pemeriksaan 150k saja,saya sih tidak masalh klo hanya 150k cuman pelayanan nya seperti di optik. Dan itu pun karna dokter nya hanya berbicara 2 menit seperti di kejar2 hantu,ketika saya ingin bertanya kembali untuk penjelasan hasil pemeriksaan yg kurang jelas tiba2 saya tidak di beri waktu untuk bertanya dan pintu ruangan langsung di tutup.. sangat tidak ada etika dan sopan santun..!! Padahal saya umum bukan bpjs
Saran saya yg untuk mau periksa mata ke rs mata ini lebih baik jangan nanti anda kecewa seperti saya,dari pada ke rs ini lebih baik ke optik saja. Lebih bagus pelayanan di optik dari pada di sini dan lebih murah biaya di optik.
