The room although is not very large but feels homy, clean and tidy. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. The restaurant serves good variety of Javanese food and well prepared in term of taste and presentation. The Hotel situated not far from Borobudur temple, only 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended...

No additives are added to any of the food, yet they're all tasty nonetheless, especially the specific menu called "Ayam Kremes". It's well-flavored and uses local chicken hence the meat is very tender, no wonder this is The Omah's best-selling food. Definitely worth trying.
The Omah has a touch of Javanese culture in every corner, making it feel homey and nostalgic. Not to mention how we felt like going back to nature as well during our visit earlier today. This homestay is utterly clean, spacious, and strict with the health protocols, so no need to worry about going here during the pandemic. I personally feel like the service and hospitality are this place’s best strengths due to the fact that the staffs, as well as the owner, are all friendly and genuinely helpful. We went back home with free masks as a gift, which are crucial to have during this time. Very thoughtful of them. Would definitely pay another visit in the future. Thanks, The Omah! The hotel was hidden in small alley, but it was a very nice and lovely.
Their staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean. It is an authentic javanese joglo.
The food taste deliciouse. I even extend my stayed here.
Thank u for the hospitality

Great food, definitely beat every other diner in close area, also great hotel, definitely worth the price. It only have 10 rooms, so you may want to reserve at least week early on high season.

Found this hidden gem of Magelang. Like, literally hidden. Cool place to eat and hangout. We were the only one but maybe that's because of the pandemic. Food was good, waitress was friendly and attentive. Good experience. Wish we can stay longer.

We only went to the restaurant, as advised by our guesthouse. The food was really tasty, homemade, not too oily, and good portions. They were even able to transfer one of the dishes to make it vegetarian for me, and that was delicious too!

Homeeey...back to nature, comfortable, nice and clean room. We’re just a walk to Borobudur temple, very closed. Great tasted for food n beverages..love it ????????The owner and staffs are friendly n helpfully. Recommended...a lovely hotel n nice to stay n spent the holidays there..we’ll be back ????
