Nice homestay, very reasonably priced, outside of downtown Ubud. Includes breakfast. No AC, but fan nice. Must have motor scooter or car to get there. Parking only for motor scooter unless you park on busy street. Stairs to get to facility and on-site.

What incredible value for money! Really clean spacious room, breakfast included!! No ac but a good strong ceiling fan so I wasn't bothered at all. Large ensuite bathroom, soap n spare toothbrushes provided. Really impressed. About 5 mins out of ubud by scooter. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stop while in Ubud, the rooms were priced very well and the staff was ready to help with anything we needed.

The breakfast was great and the rooms were kept very clean.

One of the most amazing guesthouses I have ever been. Wonderful location outside of ubud, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and a super friendly family who owns this guesthouse.
It is definitely the place to be when I am in Ubud.

Great location,not in the crowded city center,but very easily reached by scooter, with fresh air and nature surrounding the place. The people there are very friendly and helpful (like most balinese). we rented a scooter from there which was very cheap as well. The included breakfast is simple but delicious and the room was shockingly clean, spacious and nice for that price! ????

Very Nice Guest House and there Service, Staff is very friendly. The Breakfast Is awesome very Tasty and Healthy. Beautiful Nature and lush greenery around the Guest House. Good Place at an affordable price. Best Place for Everyone (Couple, family, friends, etc.). Visited Date - 14 June 2019

Wjaya Guesthouse felt like home. I stayed there for three weeks and had the most amazing time. I woke up every morning with an incredible view and the breakfast is simply amazing (they make the best omelette sandwiches! Also choice of rice with Tofu, vegetables, fruits and coffee). Donnel's crew is just the best! The guys were so helpful and have a huge heart. The price is soo good for what you get. Great and quiet location near the rice fields, but still, you only need 7 minutes by scooter to the center. I will come back for sure again!
