So lovely. Really beautiful villas and amazing pool. Team decorated our room for our honeymoon and were all around lovely people. Food was yummy and service was excellent. Catching a cab into Ubud center is easy and very affordable. You will find minor stains/scuffs in room u0026 on linens but that is to be expected with a hotel of this price and in the literal jungle. It’s like staying in a tree house! Some of those reviews scared me at first but it was well worth booking! The staff is WONDERFUL and I am so grateful they hosted us.

This is such a cute and secluded accommodation literally overlooking the jungle from their infinity pool. Wayan was the check in attendant and he showed us the surrounds and the facilities. The ladies at the main area were friendly and nice. Only slight downside is that the place could use some TLC and the private pool isn’t too private. I recommend this place

We stayed here for a few nights.

Pros:

- Super friendly staffs

- Beautiful jungle view. When you use the kitchen or common area pool, you feel like you're in a movie.

- Spacious room size. Both room and the bathroom has enough space even if you have many belongings.

Cons:

I know that Bali is just recovering from the pendamic hit, but the resort was not quite ready to accept the customers yet.

- The private pool doesn't have privacy.
You can be easily looked down from the neighboring unit or the kitchen area.

- The bathroom sink drain stopper was stuck and not working, plus leaking. After asking it to be fixed, we were told that it was fixed which did not happen.

- The shower was pouring hot and cold water ever second..! We asked to fix this issue but it wasn't fixed until we left.

- When we checked in, the bed sheet was torn, so we had to ask to change the bedsheets.

- We got a bit pushed to use their expensive massage services.

- There was not enough customers when I stayed, so there was no meals are available for lunch and dinner in the resort. Fortunately we had one good restaurant that does delivery, or we could rent a scooter to eat out. However, we saw one family with kids who were stuck..

- The crackers that we got breakfast were so hard and many of the times we had to spit out the hard bit.

The views from Natura Villa are outstanding and the service is exceptional. The infinity pool was a big drawcard for our family of 4. A great escape away from crowds whilst only being a ten min taxi to the centre of Ubud.

Poitives:
Beautiful rainforest location.
Very relaxing, quiet u0026 secluded place. Staff very attentive u0026 courteous. Food was great. We ate the local dishes. Edgeless pool looking into the rainforest u0026 mountains. 10 min car ride to markets in Central Ubud (AUD $7 u003d 1 Way). Spent 3 nights here.

Negatives:
Monkeys are able to come into common areas. Need to keep room doors closed. Not a problem for Us.
Rooms are big enough, but need refurbishment due to aging/use.

Friendly staffs, nice surrounding forest with birds singing and wild monkeys.
Room is big enough but needs more maintainance, fantastic indoor and outdoor bathroom , limited choice of breakfast during this pandemic.
Thanks to Pak Kadek who gave us promotion rate during this pandemic.
I love nature and quiet so i rate maximum for its location which is far from crowd.
Me and my wife stay for 6 days and expect to come again for longer stay.

We originally booked for 4 nights and changed our booking to leave a night early. The facilities advertised are not available - no spa, no breakfast (except for a choice of eggs), no tea/coffee, no dining facilities for lunch or dinner, no shuttle bus. After (approx) 1:00 in the afternoon there is only one member of staff on reception until the following day. room was outdated, dirty, sheets were old and stained, towels were not replaced until after the second night.
Feel bad for them in some ways, they are a clear victim of the pandemic but there is so much more they could do that are not money related to improve their service.
