Got very lucky to find this guest house.

Location is absolutely great.
You can literally walk anywhere you would like to.
Shops all around, gym , supermarket. Amazing.

Rooms nice and clean, you can have breakfast here in a restaurant .
The territory is green and beautiful. You have as well a nice pool with sun beds.

Staff is so nice and the owner is super helpful and friendly.
Highly recommended if planning to stay in Ubud.

Decent place to stay while in Ubud. The room is neat, there’s no hairdryer in the room but you can ask the receptionist to lend you one. The staffs are superb; very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast option isn’t much but it’s absolutely delicious!

Super friendly staff, very helpful in all you need. And more important: they do not do it just because they are employees and you are customer, they really do it from their heart! It has been a great stay there! 6 out of 5 stars for the staff! There is one point worth mentioning: the location is not quite central so you will have to walk a little and in the night there are some dogs around. It is no blocker and I had no problems. Plus they have a shuttle car that drops you where the crowded area starts.
They offered us shuttle also outside of regular hours because we stayed longer ;) and they are really really really nice people! Plus: anything you tell them, they consider it and support you to have a great stay!
The restaurant is nice and the food was really tasty! The rooms are very clean and the pool is perfect for relaxing outside!

Perfect place to have a comfortable stay. All the room are clean, chill and big enough. Some of them are with a balcony which is better if you want to 1 coffee.
Staff is amazing and do everything for you to have always a better time.
Swimming pool is clean and actually was during rainy season.
The food is fresh and high quality.
Was a pleasure to stay there !

I really liked Pondok Massas. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The pool is lovely and location is just outside the main city centre, but within walking distance. They have reasonably priced bike rental if you want it.

My room was big and all the rooms have balconies or outdoor areas with chairs. The hotel is very new and beautifully decorated.

My only criticism is breakfast. There was no buffet, so you had to wait to be served. Service was very slow. Also, there wasn't one vegan option and in a town like Ubud, I found that strange. You get a small plate of fruit or toast, but the toast was cold and it just wasn't enough. Like to see them add a vegan option or maybe allow guests to have as much toast or fruit as they like.

Wanted to stay at a nice but not that expensive hotel for my last days on Bali. Pondok Massas was the right choice. Staff is so friendly. They have a restaurant with good food. Breakfast was extraordinary. You can rent a scooter here for 70k a day. Room was clean and bathroom was super cool! Hotel location in Ubud is perfect. Would stay there again.

Super friendly and service minded staff, perfect location (just away from the main street), nice and clean room and delicious food. I am a vegetarian and asked if they had any tempeh to serve for lunch. They did not, but actually ran and bought some across the street, and the dish was truly amazing!
