Yesterday, one of my guest who stayed in our Villa got Stomachache, my staff immediately calls Ubud Care that the phone number I gave to my staff before. The clinic team arrived quickly that night. They were giving best service to my guest. Very recommended Clinic!

So impressed with this clinic.
I asked if there was a cancellation for an earlier appointment and sure enough with perfect timing I was obliged on my once a week trip to UBUD.
Dr Krishna was totally thorough and listened and certainly experienced with my condition which I had been battling with for a month.
Without prescribing medication and suggesting a natural approach first, I felt 95% better after 5 days.
Highly recommended

I have been a patient for many years. This is the clinic and team that I trust. Yesterday I had an online consultation with a home visit. I needed help and UbudCare was there. I'll now be able to do follow up at the clinic. The online Dr has already checked in on me 10 am this morning. Amazing. Best service, best knowledge, best care in Ubud to my knowledge. Medical care in Ubud area improved dramatically when UbudCare Clinic arrived.

Had a swollen infected foot which was growing by the minute.. was treated with highest standard of care (speaking as a nurse from UK) could not have been more helpful and reassuring. Price was reasonable for treatment would recommend to anyone in Ubud.

Due to some infected wounds I contacted UbudCare and I could easily make an appointment for the same day. The doctors and assistants were very kind and professional, and offered great help. Also, the care that was given afterwards (mainly through whatsapp) was excellent - whenever I had a question regarding medicine or treatment they were always happy to inform and advice me.
Lastly, the prices of the consultation and medicine were quite fair. No hidden costs and everything was transparant. I also received a clear overview (in English) to be used for my insurance company.

I am American and did not speak the language at all. The clinic was very fast, very thorough, and answered all of my questions immediately in English. Provided antibiotics and materials for self care. Recommended follow up in 4 days, which was, I thought, outstanding advice. I could not recommend a facility more highly.

Very good, fast, clean and professional clinic, my stomach and belly complaints were gone in a few hours after they took care of me. They explained everything well and the price was very good for the treatment and medication offered. Thank you for taking good care of me.
