The owner was very nice and friendly. But to be honest, this hotel wasn't as I expected, and didn't suit our vacation as family. It had great surroundings, nice park and temple at the front, and beautiful pool and river at the back, but other than that is dissapointing. We had to wait for 15 minutes for room preparation though it's quiet, and more 1 hour wait for tap water. Room was very small and had minimum facilites. Almost empty batteries on AC and TV remote control. Hot water came out slow, and water from bathroom leaked into bedroom. From my perspective, it's not good value for money.

Such a quiet place I like it. My room has kind of oldie AC but it works well also I don't think really need it since Ubud was very cold special night and morning. Staffs were very helpful. This hotel provides bike rental with a good price. It's like not too far from central Ubud but I think it's good because the area is not very crowded. The pool is also beautiful to enjoy. Love it.

Im very happy stay in here ;) Very nice and caring people, fresh and delicious breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the nature, and the place is beautiful! I would like to mention a nice swimming pool and a small river nearby. I liked waking up to birds singing and the sound of water. I am very grateful to these wonderful people for everything ????”

Unfriendly, lying Host Elma with a very poor English level. Staff is ok, but still sometimes hard to communicate, breakfast was ok too. Room was disgusting, there was a constant bad smell due to mold inside the wallpaper in the wall next to the bed. Cockroaches included. So many wonderful places to stay in Ubud, much cheaper and better, this is none of those! Not recommendable at all!

Smelly old room with mold on the wall next to the bed. Very cold pool. Host Elma seems to try her best, yet her English is too bad to have a proper conversation with a guest. Besides that she was dishonest. Breakfast was great and is included.
