The person who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Our rooms were clean and the pool was too, albeit small and cold. Breakfast was decent. Location was kinda out of the way, but we knew that would be the case. At least it wasn't hard to find. Your own transport is definitely needed though, since there's no restaurant within walking distance. We do have one major problem, which is that one of the three rooms we booked had a strong smell of cigarette!!! Apart from that, I think the rate is reasonable and we're happy with our stay.

Very beautiful and stylish rooms, super green courtyard with the pool. Wonderful view of the rice fields around the hotel. The rooms are perfectly clean and very friendly staff here. To the center of Ubud 10 minutes by bike. We are staying for the second time here and we really like this place!

Very friendly, very professional and very efficient. You will get what you need asap, but I dont think that you will need to ask much cause things are well prepared and waiting for you to be used. Price is affordable.

Very nice and modern.
Stuff were nice.

Rooms were cleaned. Overpriced tho. The breakfast was poor and not nice at all.

The good: A wonderful, newish hotel with amazing views of rice padi fields. Extremely clean, best quality mattress and good facilities. Lovely helpful staff. It was so good that we stayed for a month.
The bad: Watch out for an extremely unfriendly and unpleasant Russian guest staying long term. He thinks he owns the place and complains about everyone.

The staff is exceptional. Extremely careful and ready to help. If you don’t want to think about anything and being pampered this is the right place. The structure and the rooms are extremely clean, 6km away from Ubud centre (10/15min by motorbike) so away from the crowded places. You have a free shuttle provided for free that once a day can drive you to Ubud and back.

You can choose between different kinds of breakfasts (American, continental, Balinese and healthy) per 100k per person. They also provide a private taxi from the airport to the structure for 400k.

Just a few rooms in the hotel so you get almost private service. The staff are very polite and helpful. The provide a free shuttle to Ubud once a day. The gardener is excellent.
