Wow. This a lovely resort with amazing staff.

The room with its private pool and garden are perfect.

But the staff here are so helpful and friendly they really make this place extra special.

Good food and drinks available throughout the day.

An hourly mini bus will take you to the centre and back if you want to explore the nearby town and monkey forest. ( walkable distance just not very safe with no pavement and lots of traffic)

I can't say enough just how much we enjoyed our stay here. The villa we stayed in was absolutely amazing and the room service was definitely 5 star! The greatest thing about this resort is the staff who go out of their way to bring a world class service. When we left, we felt we was walking away from good friends and when we return to Bali, this is where we will be staying for sure. Thanks again to everyone there for such an enjoyable experience with great staff, great food and a fabulous location.

WOW. What a beautiful place. This is a place of dreams. We stayed here recently for our honeymoon and have had the most amazing time. The staff, the room, the dinner, the spa, the grounds are exceptional. We felt so looked after and have felt so relaxed here. We would highly recommend staying at the Ubud Village Hotel and Spa, a beautiful place, especially if you are on your honeymoon! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful.

Beautiful traditional resort. Excellent service and facilities. Villa's surrounded by foliage so expect leaves etc in your pool but don't confuse that with it being unclean. Staff could not do enough and joined us for a late drink one evening which we thoroughly enjoyed. Food was superb and acoustic entertainment and traditional balinese dancing added to the restaurant experience. The main pool area is beautiful.

Very nice place, quiet but still very close (walkable) to downtown to many restaurants. Room is a bit old but it is bali style. Our villa was huge, but a bit too dark outside the villa, which I slipped and twisted my ankle. Apart from the incident, everything else was nice. Also nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

The ultimate couples getaway!
Amazing service, food and drink.
The staff are incredibly friendly and always looking to help.
They have a great spa and a really quiet chilled out infinity pool.
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali ????

Stayed here on our honey moon and really wish we hadn’t as it left a bad mark on an otherwise great holiday.

I’ll start with why it’s getting 2 star - the staff are really friendly.

Unfortunately that’s it for good points, after reading some of the reviews in here I wish id know that our villa was one of the ones that has bad reviews for noise. Every day there was loud music from a local bar till about midnight to the point we were shouting at each other to hold a conversation.

Whilst the staff are friendly the service was lacking it was either extremely slow or not at all. 2 examples of this would be when we came back from an all day strip at 1800 to find our room was still being cleaned and when we ordered a beer at the bar whilst we waited for our taxi only for it to take 35 mins.

As you can see in plenty of other reviews the place does need plenty of renovation. Which is fine but for the money you can get great hotels of villas nearby. With much better service, and where you don’t have to wear headphones to get to sleep at night.
