When arriving at the location I didn’t expect the food to be this good. Service was great, people are very friendly and the food was excellent. The combinations are great and everything is well balanced. If your in Ubud I can highly recommend going here!

Not probably, by far the best food experience we had in Ubud. We stopped here after completing the Campuhan Ridge Walk right on time for lunch.
For starter we had the crispy chicken with the Indonesian salad and spicy u0026 sweet sauce, taste to perfection. The flavors came together so nicely, speechless.
For main dish I had the fish with nuts and pesto. The dish in the menu sounds pretty simple, like nothing would stand out but honestly I have never tried a better dish than this in my life.
To finish off well, I took the one and only, extremely refreshing passion fruit dessert. I highly recommend it, is not too sweet, not too sour, really really really good.
If I would live in Ubud I would most probably go there every day. I am not sure how they are managing to combine flavors so well, but way to go guys. The staff is really friendly, always asking if everything is okay with the food and if we are enjoying it, really high class service.

Excellent, excellent food at Spice! Honestly, THE best food I’ve had in Bali, thus far. By a LONG shot. Prices are on the higher end, but if you’re from the US, prices are pretty reasonable. FYI, a 4-course set menu is ~$15USD.

Fish atop the curry was perfectly crispy and moist. The salad had a good kick to it, without being overwhelmingly spicy. The staff was well trained and knowledgeable.

Would definitelyyyy return, when in the area again!

My husband and I had a very delicious lunch here during our honeymoon in Bali. At the beginning, the menu doesn't attract me much. The dishes look very ordinary. After my first bite, I just wanna have more. The crab cake is delicious, and the salad under it is so tasteful. My fish is tender, and so is the chicken in the curry. My drink is good, and the combination of dried jack fruit and basil leave is just amazing and wonderful. The spices in Bali are excellent. So strong and flavorful. I love the food. And the service is good. They change our utensils after every dish. I feel like having a fine dining. LOVE the place. Thank you.

I wish one day Chef Salans will establish a fine dining restaurant in Perth Western Australia. We are craving for excellent fine dining experience. Please come to Perth ????

We ordered the, tempura crab, the chicken curry, the beef rendang and the apple pie. Everything was amazing. The chicken was maybe the best chicken I've ever had and the beef rendeng melts in your mouth! Its a tad more expensive compared to other restaurants in Bali (€40 for what we ordered + drinks) but the quality makes it more undoubtedly worth it!

My favorite place in Ubud!! Absolutely loved it.

Great ambiance, relaxing vibe and extremely friendly and sunny staff members. Every single dish can be part of a fine dining course but with pleasantly modest price. Highly recommended!!
