Booked to stay here for two nights but had to leave before the first night as it was so bad. Air conditioning does not work. No remote available to control temperature so it is just set to a warm fan. Humidity and heat in the room is unbearable. No basic soap provided in the bathroom. Not hot water. Bathroom and room damp and musty. Air in the room does not smell clean. Don’t waste your time booking here. If I could I would rate it zero stars. For the price of a bintang more you can get a clean airconditioned room in a nearby hostel with a four poster bed!

First and foremost, Manik and his (family) staff were for wonderful hosts. Very friendly and helpful, as when we were looking for a (rather scarce there) parking lot late in our check-in night. The rooms offer sufficient facilities, if not exceedingly so. Breakfast is served on a traditional sit-down setting, where you could soak up the nice atmosphere while having your eggs or banana pancake prepared.

Nice cozy vibe. I had the "single room" which is still a double bed. The aircon works well and the room was clean. I paid 135,000 which I think is a good price and includes breakfast. Dogs can be a bit noisy barking early in the morning otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

Decent place to stay but they don't provide you with soap and other such facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful and the property is quite peaceful and pretty. It is also located at a good spot just a few hundred meters away from the main road and markets.

Really unique place, different from the other new trendy marriotts and hotels. Excellent location (just two blocks from center of Ubud) yet very tucked away and quiet and peaceful. I stayed 4 nights and the owner Winstrim and his wife and the staff were very nice and gave us all kinds of suggestions of where to go. We rented a motorbike through the owner for 50,000R/day and toured all over the island. He will also take you back to the airport for Grab Car rates. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was always delicious and coffee and tea was available basically 24/7. Can't beat price and location.

Room 1: big room 2 double beds but bathroom is too bad, no hot water, when I turned it on I got light electric shock. No AC, only 2 fan. the light is not bright enough to light up the room.
We did ask to change the room but they said no room available. While, my friend book a single room with 1 double beds - room number 6. Her room is quite bright with AC.
Generally, the hotel doesnt have swimming pool.
However, the breakfast they offer is ok.
