I loved the durian and activated charcoal flavored gelato- very genuine and tasty. The shop is well decorated with lots of small pleasant details. However the shop is without any aircon and the freezer exhaust air directly to where the customers are standing which is really uncomfortable.

While having the gelato inside the shop the indoor temperature is at least 2-3 degree warmer than the already very hot and humid outside air. The owner should really reconsider the design to look after their staffs who look really suffering n unhappy due to the warm air and the heat of the waffle machine combined.

lotsa choices of gelato. really love the vegan choices, several are too weird for my tastebuds but the rest are delicious. the store is relatively small. kinda expensive for 1 scoop of gelato tho. and i dont know about others, but the staffs who took our order didnt seem pretty friendly and patient when we were discussing about the flavors we'd like (probably bcs we are local), but then changed the attitude when there were foreign guests. it's too bad, locals have money too :) still, the gelato were superb ✨

Tiny gelato in the most crowded street in ubud. They have lots of choices, very friendly services. Its hard to get parking here eventhough we're riding motorbike. Small portion with cone cost idr 35k. Our fav was the pannacota and cheese cake

Good selection of different flavors plus some really exciting ones like Charcoal bamboo. Price is OK and for just 50% more you get 3 (medium size) flavors instead of 1 (small size). Staff could be friendlier, a smile makes wonders as otherwise installing an icebreaker vending has the same charme and friendliness (meaning none).
