They need to clean taps and bathroom properly. Lack of maintenance. Spray chemical on the bathroom glass screen and taps. HK must scraps properly and poor hot water then dry with rags. Otherwise you can't rip off soap mark. Please repair old and damaged shower taps. Your pillow is too high for back sleeper. You should have medium or low profile pillow.

Polite and Friendly Staff- greet you with a smile always
Hotel is big- swimming pool area u0026 common areas were all welcoming
Rooms are a little worn out- but nothing to complain about
Our room had a nice bathtub, shower in a open private area. Bed was comfortable
Bathroom, Shower, AC- functional
Tv had lost connection for the 2 days that we stayed
Wifi- excellent
Breakfast- made to order u0026 buffet- depends on the number of guests in the hotel
We are vegetarians, and they made sure we were served yummy breakfast
Property is well maintained
Location is good too- almost in the central area
Overall experience- happy u0026 comfortable stay

The staff are friendly. The room is great. There is outdoor shower in the lower rooms, bathtub. But the towels are in medium size. There are only 2 pillows for 2 persons. The rest are excellent.

I highly recommend you to stay in this villa!
It was a pleasant while staying here because of their room was totaly comfy (and clean tho), their staff were polite and helpful, and the ambience was good for you who want to enjoy balinese vibe. I think the price is affordable with this high quality room and service????

I was already stuck in a (admittedly pleasant-seeming) room here with Bali Belly when A HUGE RAT CAME OUT OF A HOLE IN THE CEILING and ran across our room. We had already complained about hearing an animal in the ceiling the night before but it seems nothing was done about it. It also had the most bugs inside the room out of all the other similar starred hotels we've been in on our travels throughout Bali. Room they moved us to had bugs in the bed and several hairs already on the pillow, a dodgily wired door that rang when noone was there, and a dirty bathtub. So we had to move AGAIN! I am in so much pain and this is all the last thing I needed. We wasted so much time with this ordeal and moving rooms and was not even given any kind of discount or allowed to get the time back with a later check out.
It all seems cheap, cheerful and charming at first, but AVOID!

An affordable yet very nice hotel. Was staying in this hotel accidentally after moving to a disappointing villa somewhere at Sayan, and booked for a family room which can sleeps for 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel itself is uniquely designed as townhouse (very instagrammable!) and is very good for office/family gathering which may need close distanced rooms. The rooms are also quite spacious with 2 bathrooms per room: indoor and outdoor, and as humble as they are, still having a simple bathtub! A very surprising feature for a cheap and affordable hotel!

Recommended for short stay with low budget.

although theres only few costumers these day, the service is still excellent .
the staff is friendly and helpful, the room clean and neat . Its kinda sad seeing this place is sooo quite tho :(
