Was surprised by the hospitality Naya Ubud gave to me and my family. They've also upgraded my room and my son was really happy with the huge room we got. The breakfast is very healthy and all the staff is super friendly.

We would love to come back again for sure.

The only downside is the road is not car friendly but once you get a hang of it, you should be fine.

I stayed three nights. Very picturesque. In a tiny village just out of Ubud.
The road getting there was very sketchy, with big holes dropping down to a canal underneath the road. The driver could barely get by. Good for motor scooters or walking, not cars.
The resort itself was beautiful. Lovely landscaping. Large comfortable rooms with air-conditioning. Each room is unique but has everything you need. The bathrooms were very large.
The kitchen served vegan. Very well done. I was with a group. They served us a breakfast and dinner buffet daily. The menu was varied and creative, tasty and full of local fruits and veggies. We got a fresh coconut and a green drink every day. Yum!

Incredible hospitality! I attended a retreat hosted at Naya in Ubud. The staff at this venue are attentive, informative and caring. I felt safe and supported and I could truly relax into my experience of Bali. The location is quiet, much more peaceful then Ubud Central. I would highly recommend this location to practitioners for hosting retreats!

Hosted a retreat here in July 2019. Some things, such as food, facilities and accomodation were of a good standard. However, some logistical and organisational aspects were done very poorly. Customer service from some of the staff was pretty disappointing considering everyone is so friendly and gracious virtually everywhere else I visited in Bali. I wouldn't host another retreat here, nor would I recommend it to others.

I absolutely loved this retreat centre. So many beautiful spaces for yoga, relaxing, swimming and enjoying. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a retreat centre in Ubud.

Loved the set up with private pool and daily private yoga and massage. Our butler Wayan was lovely. Took a little bit of effort but finally managed to get some great recommendations for picturesque walks and delightful cafes and Warungs. Thank you for a beautiful holiday.

Great room accommodations fantastic wait staff great massages and yoga facilities and instructor. Even the food was good.
