5 Get in touch Black Sand Brewery - a month ago

Having stayed at this beautiful resort for a night on Sunday for my wife's birthday celebration. It really made her feel so special. The staff really made our day during the stay. The private pool villa is so classy and becoming more perfect with the floating breakfast that we requested. Furthermore, my lovely boy really loves this resort too as he can enjoy the whole resort facilities from the toddler pools up to the infinity one. Definitely, will come again to this resort for the new year's eve celebration.

This resort is very suitable for families because the atmosphere really brings serenity for a vacation. With various supporting facilities such as multiple pools, beautiful gardens, a gym, and super tasty cuisine, it certainly made our vacation was not enough just for two nights. If you come with your kids, i suggest you to stay in their family room type, it's grande and perfect for it. Thanks to their friendly staff too, we will definitely back to another vacation.

I visited the hotel several times for different events. On the last visit, I forget my phone inside my motorbike pocket. The parking lot was busy with lots of cars and motorbikes. When i went back to my scooter, the phone was not there anymore. I asked the security with low hope to find it back. Fortunately, the security found it and save it in their office. Thank you for this kind gesture! Great team in the Mansion.

Really liked this resort because our company meeting with over 250 pax went successful. The ballroom is very large and beautiful, with a ceiling containing paintings about the history of the goddesses of the archipelago. Meals and services during the event are also excellent. The garden and pool facilities are superb, really feel the experience of business meeting and staying in Ubud.

Very best resort for event and gathering in Ubud. I love the garden and pool so much. The bedroom and ballroom are really comfortable. They have vegan restaurant too and its food is totally tasty. So happy to stay there and wish can be there again in the future..

The experience of our stay has been very good - The Maharajah Suite is fantastic.
All the staff members very friendly and we got prompt response on room service from the restaurant.

Wish someone could have given us a tour or brief about all the facilities that we could enjoy at the resort.
The shower needs fix in the primary room.

We spent two nights in this hotel.

Breakfast is served and is acceptable. As someone who travels frequently, you can't expect too much and not be disappointed. What really bothered me: Water is not included in breakfast and has to be paid extra.

However, you should definitely eat in the restaurant - the food is lovingly prepared and tastes very good!

The rooms are a bit outdated, the pools were not very inviting - which could have been due to the rain.

All in all, for a short stay quite suitable.
