Luxe Villas Bali has a fantastic location. It is located on the rice fields just outside of downtown Ubud. You get the experience of a rural property where you can enjoy Bali's nature and then scooter over to the walkable regions of Ubud. The owner, Paul, is a great host. My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with him. He is very knowledgable on the area and gave great advice on restaurants and local artisan shops that we could visit. He is a true hotelier. Check out the property, you will enjoy it!

It's no surprise that this has been voted the best small hotel in Asia. The owners have created a paradise in a rice paddy. The quality of the accommodation, the attention to detail, the food, the service and staff are outstanding. The hotel is only a few hundred metres from the hustle and bustle of busy Ubud, but it could be a desert island. Congratulations to the owners, Paul and Grace who created this masterpiece from scratch.

My husband and I knew that we were in for a luxurious experience. The website sets the stage, but the reality far exceeded anything we could have envisioned. Our villa was breathtaking and shockingly big. The design was meticulous and so clearly considered. The location amongst the rice field felt like a sublime dream.

But what cannot be conveyed, and what made the experience surpass any we've ever had elsewhere: everyone (and I mean everyone) was so warm, welcoming and loving. I cannot express fully how special our time was. We felt cared for and at home. We cannot wait to return.

Great experience
Stoped in for a drink while on a walk by the rice fields with my wife.
Met Paul the owner, who went out of his way to ask us how we were doing and where we were from.
Gave us a list of recommendations in the area and offered to help with lost luggage at the airport.
Beautiful property, would definitely consider staying on a return trip to Bali
Overall a great experience

This should be kept a secret, something whispered discretely at the finest hotel to a favorite guest by the concierge.
“Mr. Davis I know of a quiet place where you can find peace in the most elegant environment. The staff is by far the best. An exquisite place only known by a few. A small hotel designed for privacy, comfort and subtle sophistication. Imagine a top floor suite in Hong Kong or the finest residence high above the bustle and chaos of the city then, whisk it away on a cloud, and put it atop a beautiful field of rice paddies surrounded by palm trees and birds. An oasis, a private pool, three stories of perfected design and decor. Then put it in a magical place like Ubud Bali.” Enchanting.

Now, you know the secret, if you are hesitant about living abroad. A few days here and you will never want to leave. Discover the life of a king or dare I say a god. Thank you so much for your sharing your brilliant world. I am sure this one will soon be impossible to book but for years advance. An erudite retreat, the work of a master artist. This hotel deserves a new rating scale. It is a 10.

What a beautiful stay we had at LUXE villas, Ubud. Totally seamless from arrival to departure. The setting is dreamy, standing beautifully amongst the rice fields and a lovely walk just out from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. The staff are amazing, all warm and welcoming and nothing a bother. From ironing a shirt to making reservations for dinner.
The restaurant upstairs, currently serving only breakfasts, with almost 360 degree views is a divine start to the day. Serving the most delectable choice of breakfasts, the Balinese Bubur, a traditional chicken rice porridge is a must try!
The suite was immaculate, every touch was so considered. The luxurious bed lines, pillows and super comfortable mattress, the vast bathroom, a tub with a view, the dressing and office space all so beautifully designed and finished with stunning taste and timeless elegance. We felt SO spoilt.
Looking forward to restaurant opening and seeing you all again! We can't wait to return. Definitely our new destination when in Ubud. Thank you to everyone at LUXE Villas who made this such a special trip.
