Really good food. It hit the spot. A little less Mexican and a little more Bali Mexican. So if you are looking for Mexican cuisine check out the taco place in central Ubud, also in my reviews. But some days you want some music, a little western culture and a cool environment. This place hit the spot.

I had a wonderful meal here the other night. The servers were fantastic (asked my name once, and remembered it all throughout the night) and the food was delicious. It had been a while since I’d had Mexican food, and with a chef/owner from Mexico I was hopeful. Wow, did they deliver. Definitely not a street-side Cafe, so if you’re prepped for upscale Mexican food, you will be very very happy.

One of my favourite nights out in Ubud! They had no problem catering to my vegan diet (as the dishes are mostly vegetarian). The staff were amazing and the food was too. Also a great place to have a nice dinner while listening to some great live music. Definitely check this place out!

A small piece of Mexico in the middle of Bali. Staff and owners incredible. Food really nice and delicious not the typical Mexican you can find all over the world. The local divided in 2 different areas, restaurant and bar upstairs. Margaritas just amazing. One recommendation; shrimps and octopus Just one of the best dishes we have enjoyed in Bali!! We will come back for sure!!!!!

Spectacular New Year's Eve in La exquisitePachamama. Withattention and incredible food they made us enjoy a wonderful experience. A very pleasant atmosphere that led us to enjoy good tequila. Alejandro is a great chef and the whole team at La Pachamama made us feel at home. Thanks for a great night.

The food was great, the drinks were unique and very good, the espresso martini was amazing. They are also open late unlike anything else in the area.

If you're in Ubud looking for something to do after 8 or 9, this is where you should go without question.

Alejandro Montano. Owner/Chef has created a Beautiful Restaurant, The most amazing tequila bar in Bali, The food is Absolutely fantastic. Alejandro Montano has done fantastic job bringing together local produce and Authentic Mexican flavors to create a diverse menu with vegetarian and vegan options. Live music several times a week, Friendly staff and Extremely Clean kitchens and restrooms, In Ubud this is a must visit restaurant with Plenty of open air seating. This Restaurant Venue is great place for large groups and special occasions. We had a wedding dinner planned for 23 people when it turned into 37 people Alejandro had no problem accommodating the change, we reserved the entire upper area which has its own bar and kitchen, Working with Alejandro was awesome in helping putting together the dinner menu and special ambiance for the celebration.
