This place is almost perfect if only located closer to Ubud center or -at least the road to villa is fixed.
Imagine driving car thru this tight road only as wide as the car body.
Drive me nuts when head to head with other car coming from opposite direction.
The road is soil only no asphalt pavement whatsoever, I cant imagine being here while rainy season.
The villa itself quite nice, 2 stories with bedroom in upstairs -quite large so if you travelling with family it is very convenient.
1st floor is living room where you can relax and hang out with everyone.
Rice field view is the big plus, while I am a big fan of ;D
The pool is so small cannot use for swimming just soaking out.
The service was really good too, I only wish they built the same villa in better or closer area to town :)

Beautiful place to stay , quiet ???? and also in the middle of ricefield.
Good for staycation nor for holiday with family .

This place positively surprised me and overall we had a positive experience here.

Good things:
The villas are nicely modern designed with floor to ceiling windows and a great view. The pool was also nice and maintained. There is a lot of nice details at the villas and they are really spacious. They will give you 2 big bottles of water every day (600ml) and there is also a big water dispenser in the Villa.
They offer a free shuttle bus to Ubud at 9-11am, 4-6pm and 8-9pm.

Room for improvement:
The breakfast served one day was cold. It felt like they had made the omelette an hour earlier and served it at the time we wanted.
The AC in the villas are a little underpowered for those big spacy rooms.
The villas are located remotely with a bad road leading there for the last km. They should fix the road.

We only opted to stay here one night to be able to check out another villa the following night and see which we prefer. We really enjoyed our stay here and wished we would have stayed the full 2 nights here instead. Although this place is sort of off the grid we knew this going into it and wanted that experience to end our trip on that note. Upon arrival we were given welcome drinks and quickly checked in and taken to our villa. The property is small with around 10 units total but we were surprised that there were only around 2 other groups staying there when we arrived. The villas were much better than the pictures do it justice and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included and there were 4 different categories which included multiple items in each. The room also had water bottles provided along with coffee and even a large water filter for additional water. There was a small fridge and microwave as well and even some items in the fridge for purchase for a fair price. The views from the room were great especially in the early morning and was one of the best parts of our stay there. We also found out upon arrival that they offer free shuttles to and from Ubud up until 9PM which was convenient since we wanted to go just to grab some things in town prior to our next stay the following night. This was one of the highlights of our stay and we can’t wait to go back and highly recommend it for a quiet and comfortable stay in Bali!

The villa is nice, but has so much more potential. I have to start with the road up to the hotel, the last 1-2 km are not with asfalt and is very bumpy, not scooter friendly at all.

The villa has small areas that have not been taken care of (dirt marks all around that probably can't be removed) and there are gaps between the doors out to the balcony so that mosquitos and other insects can come in anytime. We had one gigantic cockroach inside the bedroom one of the nights.

There is also a lot of small ants all over the villa (outside aswell) if you pay close attention. Especially if you leave some food on the table for a while.

We were here late September, so beware that the fields are not that green as shown in the pictures, but that's not something the hotel can do anything about.

They have a shuttle service to Ubud center which is nice.

Like mentioned in the beginning this place and villa has lots of potential but it seems like they just can't keep the standard in terms of the villa itself and the staff service experience. This is expected for the price they charge compared to many other hotels we've stayed in that have much better standards to under half the price.

The place was very nice, nice view, nice weather. But I was very disappointed with the operational issues:
1. Water was running out when we took a shower. It happened twice.
2. There was a wifi maintenance in morning for around 1 hour. It was very noisy. We wanted peace of mind, but got this hammer hitting the walls, instead.
3. The private pool was unavailable on the first day due to maintenance (chlorine). But it was okay on the 2nd day.
4. The maintenance worker got into our unit without permission or a notice in advance. It was super impolite.

Please improve the operations.
