Very nice, staff speaks English, but they only have GP.

You pay 700k for a doctors consultation.

They also kind of overpay you for the medicine. I would say if you have Insurance go for it, it's very nice place and you dont have to care about Insurance money but if you are not insured, try more public place.

I have an ear infection and they told me what I knew but give me other medicine than I had.

Excellent service. I felt sick and my insurance sent me to the doctor and staff of this clinic. I did not have to travel and they did tests, pcr and gave me medication, improving rapidly so the insurance doctors considered that no further tests were necessary.

I strongly advise you not to go to this clinic for treatment because in addition to being only one or at most two good doctors, and if you are lucky will find them only in a very few moments.
Their only interest is to extort as much money as possible instead of treating the patient's malaise or symptoms. So I suggest other structures that are certainly more valid and honest

Very professional and fast response. The place is also very clean. A little bit pricey but this is the best option you can get in Ubud area

Need to pay for a "consultation" with the "doctor" to get an antiseptic cleaner. Then told me to go somewhere else.

Staff robotic with their insisting protocol.

I had a great experience at this clinic both times I went. They picked me up and drove me back to my villa after my procedures. The receptionist talked me through my questions, was very patient and helpful. The clinic is very professional, clean, and the wait is relatively quick. I felt supported by the medical staff about my finger ( I came in to get stitches removed). Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here if you have a medical need, they will take good care of you.

I am an English doctor. I had been travelling in Bali for a few weeks when I developed a fever, and went to the BIMC Ubud clinic for assessment. I found the whole experience fantastic - it was spotlessly clean, the waiting time was 10 minutes, and the doctor who I saw spoke perfect English and was very thorough in examining me/explaining his plan. They even emailed me my blood results within a few hours. Would definitely recommend, impressive service! Thanks very much for your help.
