Dirty, poorly maintained! I’m going to add only a few pictures so you can decide for yourself. We were planning to stay here longer based on good reviews and nice pictures but decided to leave earlier. Find another place if you want to enjoy your vacation. The only positive things are the staff and the view of their pool.

The whole property is partially in maintenance, room is spacious though, it smells like antiques.
Plus during my stay the eletricity supply outage happened at 10:30PM every night. Aside from those, I have to mention their staffs are genuine friendly and helpful I would say. However it's still not recommended.

The room was good and clean. The employees were not really special-nice for the standard I got used to in Indonesia. The breakfast was okay. But all in all I would come back because of the amazing pool and view.

Good resort hotel maybe a little further out from town than I would have liked but nice pools, a little run down after COVID but very friendly staff, lovely gardens and located right on the edge of the river gorge, so great views from the terraces, reception and some of the pools.

We stayed in a deluxe double room but is was in a very delapidated state. The lamps were rusty and paint was peeling from walls. The villa beside ours was gone into a completely delapidated state for some reason so it ruined the view from the room balcony. The only plus of the property is the infinity pool but even the surrounding area there needs some cleaning and painting. I understand Covid has been tough for businesses however the rooms need real updating.

LOVE this resort. The pools were very nice and the view of the jungle was amazing. It was very peaceful amongst the hustle and bustle of ubud. Staff were very welcoming too.

I do not recommend this hotel. Don’t even need to explain too much you can just tell from the pictures how dirty the room is. The toilet smells like pee all the time. Their staffs just don’t clean. Try to avoid this hotel!
