Find another Hospital, unprofessional nurse if nurse get a gift they work professional. There is 5 values u200bu200band the values are the exact opposite of what they are taught.

The staff from security until doctor was good,friendly and communicative especially for the hemodialysis clinic, they will help us if we find the problem regarding bpjs (Indonesia local insurance) however we need to be patience enough to get free treatment, and the medicines prices is standard and reasonable price. However the building is quite old, it would be better if they can renovate and put more light cuz quite dimmed inside.

The service was awful, they try to disrespect and reject bpjs patient. Nurse and doctors didnt providing diagnostic to patient, they just guessing even not look into patient. They also far from medical ethics and speak loudly in front of geriatric patient... i hope the management will look into their medical worker

This hospital is highly discouraged and the expertise of medical personnel is very poor
