When I arrived, they forgot to clean my room. So it was dusty. I asked them to clean, and they immediately did the perfect cleaning and after that every day cleaned my room. Also they cook very tasty breakfasts, have good location and very kind staff. I advice this hotel and sure will come back there again.

We stayed 3 nights at Semarandana in February 2020 pre-covid (barely). It was clean, the staff were friendly and it had a great pool which was awesome to come back to when you've been out in Bali's humidity. Handy to lots of sight seeing in Sanur. Recommended

Good value for the money, the hospitality by host and the staff is great !
Room is a bit dark although have many lights, maybe the lamp just need to upgraded but absolutely recommend for this place !!!

Quiet location but central to everything. Clean. Lovely pool and gardens. Fast internet. Good aircon + fan. Breakfast is enjoyable and included in the price. The cost of rooms is reasonable. The bed is large but could be a bit more comfortable. But most of all, the staff are lovely. I recommend Semarandana for couples, but not for singles or families.

Good breakfast. Polite staff. However, I had been bitten by bedbugs a few hours after I slept. I arrived late evening, my room is downstairs near the pool area. Due to tiredness, I never bothered to check the bed, since I thought they are checking it before a guest arrives. After a few hours, I felt bugs creeping, and was shocked to see these creepy bugs all over. To my horror, I did complain but never knew I could file a formal complaint to the local authorities, because I am scared I only went there for an international conference. I had to took steroids for a week to reduce inflammation and itchiness. I also could not dress properly for two months due to the scars.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. After I booked I got a nice message directly from the hotel confirming my stay. Room was very clean. AC was great. Breakfast was amazing. I had the omelette. The chef is very talented.
