Staff were very friendly and helpful but the food was horrendous, the lobster wasn’t fresh and consisted of two small pieces of meat, the steak had been frozen hence the mushy look even though it advertises itself as a steak house, the sauces had a film over them had they had just been heated in the microwave. Ruined our final night in Sanur.

Disgusting. Visited on New Years Eve. For a start the only table in the restaurant. 2 of us.

Took 40 minutes for food to come out. By now about 5 tables had ordered. Asked for the bill, always pay by card in restaurants no signs saying otherwise.

Very aggressively told me no cash and after backwards and forwards they marched me to the atm down the road.

The next day we added up our bill which was hand written they had ripped us off over 60k.

Those people, owner included are a disgrace to the Balinese people and I do NOT advise you to waste your time going there.

Disgraceful business.

Most of us ate steak and had a very bad experience. Quality of the meal was very poor and the service as well. We didn't finish it, but still some of us got sick that same evening, for several days.
Furthermore, some of us were already finished with the main course while others were still waiting (including the kids). Very disappointing if you consider this a steak house...

Was the worst meal we have had in our 10 day star in Bali! They tried to over charge us and wanted cash payment. The steak was grey and over cooked with microwave chips and veggies. Was expensive and service was poor. Ruined our last night in Bali. We had a delious steak meal and ribs the night before down the road further for half the price! To be fair the name of this place should have warned us!

Burgers were more average than expected. Chicken burger is from minced chicken meat, not breast.
Chips were served cold and chewy.

We had 3 burgers, 2 chicken dishes with rice, 1 curry and garlic bread.

We were the only guests in the restaurant and it took ages to serve us.

We were served at the same time as other couple who came long time after us. Curry was served after everyone has already finished their food.
Garlic bread was served after all dishes were finished, not as entree.

Consistently good, well priced food. Always has a few customers. I ate several times while staying at the attached hotel. Good service It's not a flashy place, tends to attract a more mature clientele.

Best steak so far in sanur. All meals were very nice and couldn't fault the friendly service. 20% off if you are staying at Swastika Bungalows.
