Friendly staff and reasonable price for the items. I would have given a 5 star if only they had what i was looking for, pet barrier for the car and a double lead leash. All good though, I will def return.

We found the things we needed in this petshop. Although there are many petshops in the vicinity, this one was convinient and wellstocked, fair prices and because it was so close to our residence we always shopped at Sanur Petshop. Good supply, wellstocked, toys and leashes, for cats and dogs... I will definitely continue to shop here!! 5 stars for the service and smiles

Big choice. Clearly the best petshop in Sanur as Bahaghia makes no efforts. A bit pricey though.They should make an effort for customers to be able to park as it is a nightmare. Not very detail oriented!

They have lots of yummy treats for you dog or cat, and the prices are not too bad.

Don't shop here. I was a very good customer-bought many sacks of Pure Luxe and other high quality and expensive dog and cat food. I also bought 2 Pure Luxe harnesses for my Bali dog-these worked really well so I bought one for my dog in Australia-same brand, same model-just a larger size within the kg recommended on product. This harness broke in under 3 weeks of first use ! I told the young guy at the pet shop and he said I had to return the product before he could replace it-even though I had a pic of the break...so I agreed to buy another on basis that I would bring the damaged one back after my next visit home to Australia. He told me he would make sure I was looked after...lo and behold the second harness for the Australian dog snapped in the same place as the first one...and this time within a week-so after maybe 2 or 3 uses (the plastic was still on one of the buckles). Again I went back to shop and told the young guy-he said bring them back and then he would give me credit or other remediation. yesterday I returned the 2 damaged harnesses to shop...and the young guy was there-along with a guy I hadn't met before but who I assumed was his boss from Jakarta. Basically the owner is a rude guy and clearly unhappy. The young guy eventually explains that he will do something about the harness that broke within one week but not the one that lasted 3 weeks...unbelievable. I didn't raise my voice. I just asked how much I had spent at the store in past year and young guy said 'LOTS'...so I said Ok, I have a plane to catch and this is wasting my time. I won't be shopping here again and I will post a bad review on FB...they just let me leave...I feel a bit sorry for young guy but honestly I wouldn't recommend this place as you will never get the shop to take responsibility for faulty goods etc.

Overpriced... $6.50 for a rubber ball for a dog?? Limited stock. Definitely catering to the expats of Sanur. Staff were pleasant and helpful
