Mrs. Andriyani insured we received a discounted rate for services provided through our Rodalink Membership Program. Mrs. Andriyani’s clear and concise communication in providing detailed information on the process cannot be overlooked. Professional in every way! She also assisted us in the purchase of an additional Polygon Urbano 5 for pickup at Rodalink (Rivai) Bandung to be in sync with the arrival of our other from Denpasar. Bought a new Oosten bike, they are using some non rust-free steel parts, to save a few 10.000 idr. You'll have to replace these in a few months, very annoying.
