THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
My friend and I went to buy baby supplies for an event which means we bought a lot of things. We asked if we can borrow the cart for us to bring our supplies to the car but the cashier (female) told us firmly that it's not possible, even when we tried to negotiate, she sharply said that it's not possible in any way. Then my friend asked how are we supposed to carry all of the supplies by ourself. Only then that she said the other staff will help us to carry them (why don't tell us from the beginning???) I understand that it was close to closing time but as I was settling the payment, a new customer came in and get what she needed.
On the way home we realized we didn't get the receipt as when the payment was done, she just handed my card and the receipt from the EDC machine. We went back to get the receipt and found the door was 5cm opened. I knocked on the door and the same cashier didn't flinch even though I knew she heard me calling her (the door was made out of metal and it was so noisy). She couldn't even turned herself around to say that they're closed and they can't handle another customer (which was not what I was going to ask). I had to force opened the door and said that I just needed my receipt. Then she turned around and said that she was calling me before to hand the receipt. When? When she handed me my card back? When we were loading the supplies to the car? Or after?
I don't know about any other branch, but this particular shop must be avoided. We will never go back here.
Management definitely need to train the staff better.
