The hotel is clean and tidy. The toilet is a little bit dirty especially the brown spot inside the toilet. No heater, no coffee, no tea in the room yet 2 bottles of water. Clean towels. And the breakfast is quiet limited. The staffs served it for us. But you got what you paid. Good for business trip tho.

The bed was nice, AC was perfect. Clean and comfortable to sleep.

I took around almost 10 mins for checkin and 5mins for check out. The seat for waiting is far from front desk. I'm not really convinient to sit down and go back and forth.

But overall the staffs were pretty friendly.

The staff are some of the most helpful and friendly people. I thought my room was very clean. Good value for money. Upon arrival (midnight), the front desk *** very assisting and friendly. Food is cheap and there is starbuck just beside the lobby. Would recommend the room to all families.

The rates were very reasonable for exchange. The room was overall fine for me. In general, the food is not as tasty as i had come to expect. The pool was a little disappointing. The set breakfast is really bad. The staff should be more friendly to great the guest right. The ***agement in the hotel is a total joke.

Our 1st stay of two nights at the begining of the month. Plenty of free use equipment available from the hotel. The cleanliness of all areas is superb. The location of the hotel was not a problem. In the morning you have ***y options for transportation. The wo*** who checked me out was less than pleasant.

Pross:
Nice locations, in the heart of denpasar city
Nice staff and very friendly.

Cons:
Room are dirty, door handle was broken during stay. Hot water taking hours and the linen is disaster. Breakfasts delivered late.

The room was bit small. The best feature is the convenience. My room was not in good condition. Not a lot to do outside of the hotel. I didn't like the food there at all. I was a little dissatisfied with the pool. Everything was kept spotlessly clean during my stay there.

Nice budget hotel in the down town area, room is enough for 1 queen size bed or 2 single bed. They have a pool but nothing special. The breakfast was OK for a 2 star hotels. Staff are friendly and helpfull.
Oh... i love the location because there's a lot of street food vendor around and a few interesting cafe
