We recently stayed in a 3 bedroom family suite. For our family of 6 it was very spacious. View from our balcony was just beautiful. We had a buffet breakfast daily, which was just delicious and a great wat to start the day. The apartment offered air-conditioning in each room and a large free safe water station for refilling our own bottles. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The back gate offering easy access to the main street closes at 6pm - this was early for us, would recommend it to stay open until 9pm. The reception staff were always happy to ring for taxi's. They also offer a free shuttle a few times a day to the beach and the local supermarket, just need to book the day before. We found the apartment to be clean and had everything we needed. The pool was huge and a good depth.

Fantastic place to stay and the lady who runs kids club Yugi is fantastic and very hands on with the kids keeping them entertained. Ask for Yugi if your looking for a babysitter you can really trust to love and care for your kids.

Hotel is beautiful, clean and tidy, staff lovely. Pool great and food fabulous. We stayed in the 3 bedroom with loft.

Great place if you have kids. The rooms are spacious (we were in a 2 bedroom suite) and the two pool areas are great. Kids under 12 will have a lot of fun on the water slide and then their is a huge pool with a lot of space to lounge. They also have an area with ping pong tables, pool tables, PS4, etc. The food on site tastes good, but is a bit expensive. However, you can go out the back gate and walk about 500 meters to a grocery store and a variety of restaurants. Five stars for activities, but the rooms while spacious are nice and clean but not amazing.

We have a two bedroom family room on 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Clean and tidy. Interior design is quite basic. Gardens and pool area are lovely. Kids club is great. Great family hotel. Service is good. Restaurant also a bit basic. Shuttle service into Sanur handy. Don't come if you want a romantic get-away, we are with kids and it is great.

Had a fantastic vacation with the family at this resort. Very kid friendly. The water slide and kid pools were a big hit. The breakfast buffet was also very good. It is situated close to tourist areas where you can shop and dine. All in all the people of Bali are the friendliest I have met anywhere in the world. Would highly recommend this resort for any family vacations.
