I was there for a quarantine procedure as I have not had uploaded my vaccine info on Peduli Lindungi before traveling here.
I was quite impressed with the service. The staff was divided into three shifts, so there were always quick response on both housekeeping and food/restaurants.
The food is great; I am quite impressed with the Indonesian food variety they provided for the quarantine packet. My kids ate very little Indonesian food, so we mostly got Western choice. The Western choice got a bit repetitive for the kids, but the food is always fresh and plenty. They always came with fresh fruit as dessert, which I am very happy with that. One incident impressed me most, the last night we were there, I asked for Indonesian menu choice for me and my kids. [you won't know what the kitchen will prepare. You can only select Indonesian or Western for the quarantine packet. However you can order frim the menu to add on to your meal.] The restaurant staff checked in with me whether the kids would eat spicy food, which I responded absolutely not, but they were not going to eat spaghetti bolognaise one more time ????. So the staff responded, the chef will prepare a special menu. I wish I remembered to take the picture of the meal, but it was veggie stir fry (cap cay) with sweet u0026 sour chicken, fried in perfection. I was so happy that the staff did that. I have been so impressed with their service, but this was so impressive (that the staff thought about checking in with me). That was the difference of good and great service ????.
I wish I could write more, but I am just so impressed with the management u0026 the staff, from front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and restaurant. This was a blessed time. I was so frustrated with the quarantine (that it was not a home quarantine), but I could not been happier with the stay, the experience in this hotel.
