I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was nice, looks a bit old but still nice. Some furniture really need to be replaced though. It's quite comfortable and very spacious. Cleanliness was okay, but could be better for 4 star hotel, also some renovation would be great i think. For the breakfast menu, personally it was good. But, the variation of the food for each day need to be considered more. It didn't change much. The staff was nice, seamless check in, some deposit required. Overall, it was a nice stay but it could be much better.

It has a very good looking pool but sadly it was closed due to pandemic, disappointed because it wasn't announced beforehand in any websites. the room looks quite old but comfortable. the sofa seems dirty, not suitable for a person with allergies like myself. but the bed, the room and the bathroom are clean. Had breakfast delivered to the room due to pandemic situation, first day we had porridge and it was great except for the over salted Tongcay and second day we had sandwich which is a big-portioned and tasted okay. At first the ac in the room did not work, after we complained they switch our room, which is fair but they should have made sure beforehand. Overall service is fine and good value for money

Best Western Mangga Dua

This hotel is quite good especially during pandemic. The architecture is different if we compare with the other best western hotel in Jakarta. They are adopted vintage traditional concept, so when you enter the lobby you will see the difference is. There are many traditional Javanese spot that you will see here. The lobby is very wide. So don't worry if you are groups, there are many corner to wait while you check in.

One thing that make me not really happy is because the staff told me that you only can use one elevator in the center. And when you wanna to use it, it's need a time.. If you in hurry, I suggest you to prepare before u use the elevator.

The staff are very nice.. Especially Mrs. Stella or shella. I forget the name. She was very nice when I was check in and out. She helped me a lot during my stay here and have many conversations related about the pandemic situation in the hotel. She also gave me mask when I was forgot to use it. So because of the pandemic covid-19, the hotel make a rules for you to always use mask when you are out the room.

The restaurant staff and cleaning also very nice. They are help me when I was asking help and booking some room service. Aha.. One thing that I miss. I can't take a picture of the swimming pool because the management of the building close it. It's was the front desk told me.. So sad.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend staying here even if it were just for the staff. Happy willing staff essential. I've stayed at many places this has good standards and kept very clean. The breakfast is delicious with good choices including juices. It's an old building so starting to need some repairs with a few things. But overall it's pretty good and front desk will assist with any issues. There's a good pool and small gym and massage available nome of which were too busy so pretty easy to relax here. Tall building with some good views. Any of the small problems you will get staying in Indonesia you will get anywhere so don't really warrant critisism. Will stay here again. Thank you.

Overall is clean and staffs very friendly and helpful. Only thing was the first night we order fried rice we got a fresh newly cooked. But the next day when we re-ordered we got left over fried rice same as what we had in the morning. The rest should be fine. Stay best srevices for costumer.
