I booked a non smoking room for me and my family but they gave me a smoking room, even I already paid it. This horrible. I have to ask the hotel room keeper to put some refreshment into the room first before we went in. Few minutes after we reach the room, a room keeper came and sprayed the room two time with refrigerant, but still smelly. Room is spacious and My stay with with family was great. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the night city scape during new year eve because some spotlights from swimming pool pointed toward hotel room which really distract our view. If only lights were off, it would be amazing. However, We really enjoy the room the super excellent breakfast. child's swimming pool is nice and my little daughter really enjoy it. I did not try the big one though. I wish I had a chance to stay one or more night three.

Well maintained old hotel located in the centre of north jakarta. Easy access, connecting to the mall. There are a lot of traders in the mall
Rooms are spacious but a bit old and smells of old carpet. But they do have good breakfast. Swimming pool also very nice. Its not an infinity pool but still nice. Well done Le grandeur Hotel

The check in/out was quick u0026 easy. Front desk associates and the doorman were friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I had an issue with the shower, the cold water came on after a few minutes. As a result got sprayed by hot water a couple of times. If not for the pricey food menu, I would have ordered more room service. You may want to review the prices as more expensive than most 5 star hotels. Overall I enjoyed the stay with my family.

Good location and the building is fairly nice.

The rooms are a bit outdated. One of the table lamps in my room was broken and just taped back together. The bathrooms don't have hand towels.

The elevators don't have sensors so they will close on people (will open back after hitting you) and do hurt quite a bit.

There's a bakery downstairs (inside the hotel) which is convenient for a quick snack the bread was cold and stale.

The staff were very very friendly, and the choice of food for breakfast was more than adequate to me. I walked in to book two rooms for my three brothers, and the guy at the counter suggests I should book through on-line because that will make it cheaper, and indeed it was! Nice place to stay, right in front of Mangga Dua Mall, too. Only the rooms were a bit dated, and need some fresh plasters at the side of the bath tub and general improvements, but overall, a reasonably priced, beautiful and grand hotel.

It's a recommended place to stay. Not far from train station and connected with Mangga Dua Mall.

The check in time is 2pm. Due to overload, I've just gotten my room around 3pm. I can stay in lobby with my welcome drink and there is Mushala at the 1st floor.

The room is very comfortable. I can drown myself in hot bathtub in my room. The facility is very good, at 3rd floor, they have gym (they also have the instructor if it's your first time to gym), swimming pool, sauna, hot tub. Unfortunately when I stayed, the hot tub and sauna for ladies is under maintenance, so we can't use it. It would be perfect if not.

The breakfast tasted very good. There is no napkin, but there is tissue instead. They serve local and international menu. But you have to walk along the restaurant to have complete appetizer ~ dessert.

Arrived in the late evening but check-in was fast and friendly. Had stayed at this hotel some 2 years ago and things have not changed much.
Room was clean and tidy including the bathroom.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing to shout about considering that this is a 5 star hotel. All in it was a pleasant stay albeit a short one.
