This hospital doesn't even deserve even a single star. I used to live nearby, so basically no other choice. Long before covid this hospital was already in a wreck, bad staff, bad management, doctors great but such a pity.
During covid, they have a drive thru service which is nice and still in service until today. Unfortunately, bad management is a virus in this hospital.
Here is one tiny detail example; Once you've done your lab test, you have to tell the staff to email the result otherwise they'll assume you'd come for the result even though as an occasional patient, your id is already in their system. As if their labs are a different entity. Imagine during the peak of covid.
Perhaps a new hospital management system.
At this rate you'd be better off to other hospital groups such as pondok indah or at the very least siloam.

When living in Indonesia and our newborn had a serious Condition we didnt had a Choice and go in this Hospital.

All was great just if you want Privacy and better Care you have to pay big ,i wont choose a room with 10 people inside so we decide to take a Private Room for just us.

We could stay there and even sleep in the Room our 1 year old got medical care.

The Area is big and many Side Buildings there ,thats great in case you want more Privacy and a Room for alone.

Infront of the Hospital many things to buy there so except from the Emergency it was a great Place to stay

Took a drivethrough rapid test here. It was empty, no queues but I had to wait for 15 mins just to pay. The test result took 1 hr no matter if you want to take printed one or request to be sent to your email. The price is 100K. It is ok as long as their service is good. The service was not good at all. The ones who are in charge were not helpful and friendly. They were rude and lazy to give an instruction.

Drivethrough rapid test, ga ada antrian tp nunggu lama banget. Yang kerja ga ramah dan malas banget kalo ditanyain instruksi. Kertas barcode ga dikasih, malah kita disuruh boong ke lab katanya ilang karena dia malas cek kertas or datanya. Harga 100K, dgn service yg sngt tidak memuaskan.

I used come here for skin doctor,nurses are friendly and patient ,doctor enough experience
Clean ,good service ,for prices more expensive compared to government hospitals.
But it's worth.
Places at jl Mangga Besar., We can reaced to this place easyly .
I came at Unit Rawat Jalan. For seeing the doctor.

Hospital and doctors not professional.
Appointment at 10am, but doctor just came at 11am.
Scheduled for minor surgery, the nurse asked to come at 10am. Had been waiting for 2 hours and when i asked the nurses for the surgery, every nurse giving out different answer.
Will never come back to this hospital anymore.

Good medical team (doctor and nurse) but slow document processing (payment and registration), I must wait 1-2 hour using insurance card ????????

Great hospitality of the staff ,nurses and doctors especially in anggrek pavilion, the food is great and delicious also , the services also friendly and like family .
