Could've been 5 stars. Room is good, nice and clean. Bathroom awesome big n clean, hot water no issues.

Breakfast had better but this one is acceptable, had a little trouble with the coffee machine but the staff quickly fixed it. Wish they had warm milk for the cereals.

But in my room the hot water boiler was broken so I couldn't make coffee nor tea which is a bummer.
At least I got a room with a good view.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Rooms and restaurant with many mosquitoes. Stay here if you want to be bitten by the mosquitoes. I asked for a laundry bag and after 20 minutes it was never sent to my room. Rooms are old and in bad condition. I was given a room next to their store. There was almost no other guests except a few I saw during breakfast. Location is deserted with no shops or restaurant surrounding the hotel. Will never stay here again.

Wonderful experience with the stay. Especially the room cleaning staff named Fajar, was very pleased with his attitude and never stopped smiling. Very professional. Will return.

Overall is ok. I have 2 days meeting here. Service is standard. Location is ok, can be reached by public transportation. Ambience is ok. Cleanliness is ok.
Payment: cash u0026 card.

Flew all the way from Singapore thinking that this would be a decent place to stay at
Was told i could check in early upon request but was told (in a rude and unnecessary manner) to wait for at least another hour
The lobby was a free sauna experience so for those who want to save money on sauna just head over to the lobby of this hotel ya
One additional star for the sauna

The hotel ambiance is creepy. Checked-in to Executive King with access to Executive Club, I was shocked that the room is dirty. There are some food leftovers, the couch looks dirty, many stains on the carpet, there are cigarette marks everywhere, bathub was chipped by something (looks like they need more neat finishing to the bathroom), and this the most gross, there is a p** remaining in the toilet. Even though i stayed just for one night, this is not the kind of experience I'm expecting from a well known hotel franchise.

One of Swissbel Chain Hotel. Located in the strategic area in Mangga Besar area. Offered spacious room with amenities such as Swimming Pool, Gym, meeting room, Convenient store, Ballroom, few restaurant inside and outside hotel. I love their services. Due to aircon problem, they moved me to another room and upgraded it. Love how they handle the guess needed. Thank you Swissbel team. Love also the bathroom, very spacious and luxury.
