Tanggal 6 Juni 2022 sy datang sungguh sgt pagi jam 6 pagi udh sampai dpt no antrian no 2 sbg pasien baru. Ternyata saat pendaftaraan no 1 nya ga ada orgnya. Jadi sy terlebih dahulu maju utk daftar pasien baru biaya nya sebesar 30rb.

Menunggu lagi sekitar jam 7:40 an dipanggil utk daftar Swab Antigen dan bayar 20rb.
Saya bingung ya dgn antrian utk Antigen yg agak mengacak atau emg dari Pasien Lama dulu (mungkin ya) atau bagaimana saya jg bingung, dihari saya datang, pdhl saya termasuk antrian No 1 sbg pasien baru. Tp saya menunggu hingga hampir jam 9 pagi. Sama dengan 1 jam menunggu.

Bahkan tidak ada aba2 dari petugas apaaapunnnn. Kasir ataupun yg ada di frontliner. Saya yg inisiatif tanya bagaimana dgn tindakan sy antigen nya dimana dan kapan. Baru seorang petugas berucap menjawab. "silahkan taruh aja berkasnya di ruangan depan ini nnt tunggu dipanggil" ???? kecewaa sekali nunggu 1 jam an ga ada koordinasi apapun. Ckckck

Dipanggil utk antigen. Hasil nya sekitar 15 menit.
Lalu menunggu lg utk antri dipanggil ke dokter oral? Inti nya untuk di observasi dulu sebelum tindakan. Kira2 menunggu jg 15 menit. Didalam ruangan sekitar 10 menit aja utk di cek keadaan gigi2 kita bersama dokter jaga dan bersama 2 dokter/mahasiswa yg akan jd dokter gigi tp masih belajaran(?)
Selesai lgsg disuruh ke lantai 3 di jam 10:15 mungkin. Utk daftar tindakan. Ga lama. Disuruh masuk. Pertama... Bertemu dengan CoAs nya ditanya/suruh sebutin data diri kita dan kartu pasien dipinjam utk diliat. Setelah itu dtg dokter gigi datang dan heran kenapa saya antrian no 2 dtg pagi sekali tp malah mau masuk ruang OP di jam 10:20 siang bgt. Dokter tsb yg akan membantu dlm operasinya pengecekan segala macam dgn hasil rontgen. Dan diberi tau keadaan gigi proses dan Resiko2 nya. Lalu TTD beberapa lembar persetujuan.

Pindah ruangan OP. Bersama 1 dokter dan 2 CoAs mgkn ya. Dingin bangeet hahaha. Mulai tindakan dianestesi kebal kebas dan mulai. Kurang lebih sekitar 30mnt . Saya 1 gigi. Krn ini pertamakali utk sy, sy tdk kuat lama2 buka mulut + tegang jd badan rasanya pegal pusing dan ingin muntah. Tp berhasil sampai selesai di jam 11:30. Skala sakitnya 7/10 untuk saya. Yg tdk pernah cabut gigi. Tp lgsg bedah gigi.

Dokternya sangat enak ramah sabar baikkk bgt lupa namanya ???? dokter siapa ya depan nya huruf i. Pakai jilbab dan agak kecil dokternya tp sungguh baik. Tinggal nunggu 1 minggu lg utk cabut benang. Semoga lekas membaik. Terimakasih semua.

RSKGM FKG UI termasuk rumah sakit gigi yang bagus. Kalau pasien baru, memang harus meluangkan waktu lebih lama. Saya mau share pengalaman cabut gigi.

Pertama kali saya datang kesini sebagai pasien baru, saya datang pukul 07.40. Saat itu antrian sudah lumayan banyak. Ambil nomor antrian lalu dipanggil untuk isi formulir. Setelah itu diminta untuk antigen dan cek tensi lalu screening.

Setelah itu saya dirujuk untuk rontgen terlebih dahulu. Selesai rontgen, saya datang ke administrasi lagi dan bilang mau cabut gigi. Saya dapat jadwal 1 minggu kemudian karena hari itu bedah mulut sudah full.

Seminggu kemudian saya datang kembali sebagai pasien lama dan diminta untuk antigen kembali. Setelah antigen, saya lanjut ke bedah mulut yang terletak di lt. 3. Awalnya saya mau cabut 1 gigi geraham pertama yg atas (tinggal ½ tp masih ada mahkotanya) dan 1 gigi geraham bawah (tinggal akar), tapi karena gigi geraham yang atas itu susah untuk dicabut karena sebelahan dengan gigi bungsu, maka gigi bungsu saya harus dicabut juga.

Sebelum cabut gigi, suntik anestesi dulu. Proses pencabutannya tidak sakit sama sekali dan saat cabut gigi terbilang lumayan lama karena akar dari gigi saya itu ada 3 tapi dokternya komunikatif. Setelah itu, gusi saya dijahit karena lukanya cukup besar.

Kalau datang sebagai pasien baru memang harus meluangkan lebih banyak waktu karena ada bbrp prosedur awal seperti pengisian data identitas, antri rapid antigen, antri di pemeriksaan umum utk mendapatkan rujukan, antri lagi untuk mendapatkan penanganan sesuai permasalahan yang dihadapi, lalu antri lagi untuk rontgen sesuai rujukan dokter.

Namun, jika hasil rontgen sudah di tangan dan sudah ada janji dgn dokter yg menangani, semuanya jd lebih cepat. Saat datang kali ke 2 dan seterusnya, tinggal antri ke meja pendaftaran (tdk terlalu lama), antri antigen, lalu dicek tensi. Ketika semua sudah oke, boleh lgsg ke bagian yg dituju.

Hari ini saya melaksanakan prosedur odontektomi. Sebenarnya geraham bungsu saya tdk sakit. Namun, perlu dilakukan karena demi kelancaran prosedur selanjutnya. Sempat ragu, takut kalau diambil malah jadi sakit. Ternyata penanganannya bagus sekali. Hanya sakit pas anestesi dan itu wajar. Setelah prosedur, hanya bengkak 2-3 jam. Setelah itu sdh bisa bicara dgn normal seperti tdk ada apa2. Tidak terasa pusing/rahang sakit.
