Stayed for two weeks on a long, long trip. We felt like we had gone back in time to a magical era. Cleanliness is very well maintained everywhere in the hotel. A team of professional staff are ready to offer their expertise. Every hotel staff was focussed on helping the customer as much as possible.

The ladies at the front desk were always very accomodating. Only as short walk to almost everything. Carpets in the hallways are in poor condition. The breakfast in the morning we found disappointing. The cleanliness is not really what i expecting. Hotel is very expensive for what you expect. Would recommend the room to all families.

We got a great price for the room. My room was otherwise very good. Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement. Very pathetic breakfast for a hotel. The evening menu is a little less interesting. There were roaches and mold everywhere. Everything you could want is in walking distance.

All the employees of the hotel were very helpful and very friendly. Location is perfect for getting to most of the local sites. Dining options are a bit poor within the hotel. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Breakfast was kinda disappointing with very limited selection. The room rate was quite high.

Highly overpriced. Old, spooky, not very clean, dilapidated. Needs renovation. I was shocked to find the state it was in.

It's said to be a non-smoking area but the room smelled of cigarettes and when I asked, the receptionist said guests were welcome to smoke.

I was most impressed by the room. I personally think the price is a bit high considering the competition. The selection of food is mediocre. Breakfast was probably the worst feature. The whole place is a bit worn out. All of the staff members were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Unrecommended hotel , not clean at all and look like abandoned scary building, the room reality is different to pics, city view room just overlooking waste trash area
