We had already ordered our meal along with our drinks and asked for service water while waiting. Upon bringing the water, the server informed us that this first water was no charge but afterwards they would charge us for Mineral water. Now, I can understand doing this if we hadn't ordered something but we had, so why was it necessary to say this to a customer? It left a bad taste in my mouth before ever eating their food.

Got invited to an amazing dining experience for my friend's birthday dinner at Bang Bang Restaurant.

First entering the restaurant, the interior atmosphere was really comfortable; artworks were hanging on the walls painted by local artists, and the music playing at the background was quite soothing and lively, loud enough for the diners to enjoy their conversations among friends, that's a plus point as some restaurants do play music pretty loud that people have to actually scream at each other.

The type of food that is served is authentic Indonesian cuisine, they also have pasta and burger too. Food plating was very modern and yet the cooking taste was really original.
The Sate Ayam ‘Bawah Pohon’ was really flavorful with all the local spices and the sambal being marinated together, this dish will be one of my top recommendations. The Nasi Goreng Betutu / Kampung is another one of my favorite in Bang Bang. Taste wise not too salty and not oily. With the prawn crackers and a sunny side up egg as the side dishes, I am satisfied with this simple and yet tasty fried rice.
One of the highlights in my dining experience was the cocktail drink recommended by the waiter. I wanted something light and not bitter but good enough to blend with my food, therefore I was given this light pinkish drink which tasted really refreshing.

Overall I enjoyed my dining experience in Bang Bang; the ambience of the interior space, the food taste, the service and the artworks were a beautiful combo.

This new resto and bar are recommended to hang out with friends
Good food and cool ambience.
I try bengs burger and nasi jeruk, like them both.
The cocktail also good
Staff are friendly and helpfull.
My new fav place..

Nice new chill place to hang out with friends. Good food, good music, and great cocktails! Service was pleasant too. Definitely will come back.

The food here is great! I LOVE THE NASI JERUK. It have a unique flavor you can't find anywhere else. The finger food is also great. Really recommended place.

Lovely place! Super cozy and bartender did a good job with the cocktails and tried chili dog and cheese burger. Yuamm!!
