The main difference with other GG is the sauna room in Gajah Mada is not available. But the tools and gym equipment quiet good. Only the AC is not cool enough when they had many members at the same time. They provided mineral water dispenser (free flow to refill your bottle)

This gym exceeded my expectations definitely. The staff are very helpful, professional and competent. I didn’t expect that.

It’s clean, well maintained, a lot of variety simply loved it. Though, I didn’t had a personal trainer, they give you sometimes tips how to make your training more effective.

With the entrance fee of 165 IDR you get a free locker, two towels.

I can definitely recommend this place.

Few things I dislike about this gym:
- Cycling class is located in open area (didn’t has a special room), feels like everybody can judge you when you are wrong.
- Dance class is in 5th or 6th floor, so I must go down to take a shower and walking around the mall with all my sweats

Besides that all, i like to visit this gym if I am nearby and need to workout.
Check the schedule first (on goldsgym web) and confirm with the receptionist (sometimes they like to do launching class and switch the time or the class).
My favorite class here is Shbam.

Bagi pemula yg berencana join di tempat gym ini, tolong pikirkan lagi berkali2. Their management is very bad. I had very bad experience in here. Im also willing to come to this place and clarify and share my bad story. Trust me, don't choose this place!
