Bumpy ride at 2:30am for a check in. First room had a weird smell and beds weren’t right, second round given a smoking room. 3rd attempt front desk agent went to look at room. Finally at 3:10am we’re in our room and spilled coffee stains on carpet, too tired to go down again for a 4th attempt so we feel asleep from our long trip. Next day went to use the business center computer and a rock star front desk agent(sorry I lost the paper with your name on it) changed the computer’s around so I was not in the sun! Wow what 5 star service! I spoke to Kiki(hotel manager) and told her the service this young man preformed with the computers and our disappointment in housekeeping and our late check-in debacle So Kiki was very understanding and gave us another upgrade to a suite and what a beautiful room! Hotel is spotless and staff is very nice greeting us with a warm smile every time and the doorman/security Gaurd opening the front door for us with a polite warm smile, some front desk agents had issues with understanding English but we had no problems with communication after a few attempts. Kiki was really nice by allowing me to make a local call in Jakarta from the front desk since your unable to call out from the rooms. Stellar service in nice clean hotel in a city that can be a challenge with finding a nice stay.
Difference between rooms:
Suite plush towels, bathtub, two rooms(living room/ bedroom) huge bathroom
Deluxe room: obviously smaller, plush towels, comfortable beds, clean sheets, coffee machine, complementary bottled water, small fridge
Obviously both rooms had all the amenities but suite was on top floor with gorgeous view and big floor plan. Recommend a suite at this hotel if you need to stay in central Jakarta
