Not too spacious but has 360 degree view of Jakarta with top of the line food u0026 beverages options. You can experience sunset (or even sunrise) while enjoying iced Koffie Lokal, selected wines and many others up until late night. Make sure you reserve your spot before going there. This bar is suite to your cozy and relax occasions.

If you're searching for a peaceful night immersed with breathtaking views of nighttime or sunset on Jakarta, this is definitely the place. Located at The Hermitage Hotel, Menteng, Central Jakarta, you are literally fed with 360 views of Jakarta in its glory.

The bar consists of two floors; one besides the hotel pool and the other one is the rooftop; which is shown in the photos. Rooftop area is a bit cramped, but still fits an estimate of ~15 person (if full. But considering COVID-19 situation I think 6-8 person in the same area is considered quite crowded already).

Smoking is allowed, price points are the average of bars and lounges in Jakarta (cocktails are around 100ish), music are random, covering from romantic old pops (MLTR) to linkin park (?) which kind of ruining the vibe, but still acceptable.

Overall I had a great time with my spouse hanging out at this place, I feel like it gives off a very private, romantic and personal vibe, to which it's definitely a place I recommend to bring your significant other to impress.

My friends took me here to enjoy city view from their 10th floor rooftop bar.
When we arrived at the hotel, we almost got declined since we are not guests plus the rooftop bar open at 4 PM. But after checking the time; they finally allow us to enter since 4 PM is minutes away. They checked our body temperature and hand sanitizer available everywhere.
They inform us to use the elevator to the 9th floor then take the stair to the rooftop bar.
Since we are not guests; to sit at the comfy couch there is this minimum purchase around IDR 1 Mio. But, no minimum purchase if we sit at the bar.
There are coffees on the menu but not available when we requested. So my friends ordered orange juice u0026 summer peach ice tea. They both loves their drink. Me, ordered lemon bluberry ice tea u0026 not like it all. Considering the price, my drink was a disappointment.

The waiter u0026 waitresses are all friendly but polite. They told us that the bar only opened for 3 days from Friday to Sunday. We loves the ambiance and city view. Though many people there but still comfortable.

If you are into rooftop experience, you should be coming here. The sunset view is really amazing. Since this place is an open space, people smoke here but I don’t find it disturbing because they make the table quite far from the others. The food is good, but I find it difficult to eat here after dark. If you want to have dinner at the rooftop, you should do it before sunset I think ????

Great view, nice food.. the place its a bit small, but still comfortable.. one of best option to experience a rooftop bar and lounge. On PSBB they only open starting friday - sunday. So make sure call before you decide to go.. enjoy.

It was raining when we came but the place is really cozy. It would definitely be amazing if it's not raining. Anyway, service is friendly, food is also nice. The baked salmon pizza is refreshing although I wish they can add more herbs? It's still great buy tho. Would definitely come back to check other menu.

We made a reservation and when we arrived, weather was raining.

And there’s no canopy at the rooftop to cater to diners during rainy weather.

We also bought the Chope food voucher. Since we obviously couldnt sit at the rooftop, we asked the person in charge of the rooftop bar if we could sit in the lounge on the ground floor and still use the Chope voucher. He said yes.

We went down to the restaurant and the lady (Hani) - told us repeatedly ga bisa ga bisa ga bisa. I certainly dont like her tone and her manners when she was talking to my wife. It felt like she was talking down to a child.

She told us to sit at the lounge and order food from La Vue menu, and use the Chope voucher. Great!

Few minutes later, she walked in and told us we cant use the Chope voucher. What??!!

So she told us that we still need to sit in the small claustrophobic room by the pool in order to use the Chope voucher. The room has an AC, but not working too well, so it was certainly uncomfortable.

Btw, we paid for the voucher when we made the reservation.

Thank you Hermitage... you certainly know how to chase away customers for life!!
