Need to improve the services quality. Waiting queue is always long (waiting to get the services queue number), no place for the waiting queue. The information locket is to high for disabled people and old people. Also I am disappointed with the staff service quality, I get there 3 times just to register the card because there is always something missing with the requirements. I mean, why didn't they tell all the requirements in the beginning?
