I chose this staying place because I found it cheap for only under 100k on Traveloka, and the location is quite near from Gambir station (I spent only 3k by grabike ft ovo payment).
But dont forget to set aside 100k as deposit.
It located at Petojo Utara VI, near bridge at Alaydrus. The building much likely a boarding room from front, and it has numerical lock (?) at the door. And next to it is Panca Wisata (?).
Every floor has only few room, so if you dont like going up by stairs, i dont recommend it. I stayed at the third floor and inside the room also has stair. You need to go up the stair to the bed and under bed was toilet and open-storage.
The room was clean and bed has quite large size.
Overall i give it 4 stars, because it is worth it by the price and location.
