It's quite pleasant for staying at this hotel. Even it's not one of the modern design hotel, their kept the room clean and cozy to stay. The carpet was clean and not dusty (my son have allergy to dust). Bathtub was clean and quite large for 2 adult. They have 4 pools on roof top with nice view of the city. We were stay at the room with remarkable view from our window (sunset and the city lights).

Rooms are spacious but need renovation.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is the best and more diverse compared to any other hotel.
Gym and pool are acceptable.
The only negative point could be the location for lazy tourists.

The stay has been ok but it’s definitely not even close to a 5-star hotel experience and rather overpriced.

The good:

* very comfortable bed

* good view of the city with large panel windows facing south

* convenient location close to many of west and north Jakarta’s best restaurants and sites.

The bad:

* We paid full price for a room with a king bed and when we arrived there were two single beds in the room - we had to go down and ask to change, they charged us extra for the new room with a king bed (even though this is what we had booked).

* the room is ok. Bed is very low down (although comfortable), there are some stains on the walls, and the AC isn’t very powerful so it felt too hot even on lowest setting.

* Lack of amenities - it had an iron board but no iron. When we requested an iron they brought a broken one (it was actually dangerous to use), and we had to get another one the next day. The tv remote also didn’t work properly.

* Bath was cold - hot water didn’t work properly and they had to bring an engineer to the room.

I've been here for a project meeting. the service is good, the room is also good. it's just that the smell of air freshener is not comfortable and the food is ordinary, even though I was expecting a lot because this one is 5 stars hotel

I've stayed there for 5 days with my family for staycation, we opened 3 rooms. 2 executive twins bed and 1 for prada suite. Overall, good location, nice pool view, very clean, spacious rooms with bath up. The housekeeping was really nice i forgot his name but maybe he's handle for 12th floors. He make sure we had everythings, keep the good work mas. We played billiard at the bar, gym and the swimming pool was really ???? but the buffet for breakfast was too boring, only the main buffet changes everyday and the rest are the same menu (waffle, omelette,etc) it was really average.

In my opinion the room conditions was not balance with the price. But the staff are very friendly! Like everyone of them. They help you anything what you asking. The Breakfast are very good.

This is one of the best hotel in central Jakarta or close to West Jakarta. We had meeting here and I really enjoy the food, the resto is so beautiful. They serve many kinds of food specially in the morning. I love the lobby. I also love the pool and the stmosphere surround the hotel. It is the meaning of uxury, neat and pretty in the same time. I also enjoy the room very much. You must try this best hotel...
