This place is amazing! The best hotel I've been to in Java.
So beautiful, very clean, the nicest people. The trip to Ijen we booked from them was the best deal you can get, a great gide. You can rent scooters and drive around the beautiful village. And the massage was really good.
Stay here at least two nights ;)

Our favourite homestay in Java!
Didu's homestay is a beautiful place: Nice garden, kind and lively people, with a shared-place to rest or chat.
Better to book with WhatsApp.
Few minutes from the train station Karangasem also called Kota in Banyuwangi. If you have a suitcase, take the small road by foot. If you are a backpacker you can take the dirt road.
Rooms are lovely, clean, with AC. Breakfast was not included, it was so delicious!
They also rent good scooters, it was perfect.
The family is truly kind and full of love.

Didu's Homestay was a nice, unique experience. The people were very friendly and they went creative with the decor. Good for a vacation or for romantic couples.

Didu's Homestay is like a home away from home. The rooms are big, comfortable, quiet, and I had a view on the beautiful garden. The common areas/ garden are homey, well equipped, and there is everything you need to relax, work or whatever else. The location is a bit outside from the center, but that makes it easier to reach Ijen, waterfalls, and other sights just outside the city.
The hosts, Maya and Djoko are just wonderful. They have tons of great tips and are extremely friendly and caring. Definitely a place to recommend!

The atmosphere of the banyuwangi village with a modern touch.. There is a small swimming pool, traditional Pendopo, and some Seventies vespa.. This place is one of the best meeting point to Ijen Mountain.. Must stay here, while you in Banyuwangi.. Get lost.. This is the place..

Homie feeling. Maya the owner and her husband are super nice. The room and garden is beautiful. Totally recommended. I will come back when I visit Banyuwangi for sure
