Good and bad experience. Beautiful view and nice rooms. Poor soundproofing and noisy from the main road next to the rooms. Not really worth the price to be honest, there are nicer resorts around at a cheaper price. Also many people still walking around with no mask on, not considerate towards other guests. Some of the staff wore masks under their nose or chin too. The afternoon tea set was a good deal with nice cakes, I love fresh cream, so that was a bonus! The staff however forgot to bring cutlery and the juice drink, we only got them when asked. The kabsa rice at breakfast was old, I guess it was from the Middle Eastern night the night before. There was an all you can eat buffet advertised for that night in the lift, however there was no all you can eat buffet available. I was quite excited for that, so it was disappointing. We saw that the pool was advertised as heated, however it didn't feel heated when we stayed. Hopefully one day they add a Jacuzzi, that would be nice!

Rooms are great, you get the view of mountains and golf course, there's bathtub with instant hot water.
All staffs are showing great hospitality.
The warm water pool is the best thing here when you're in staycation with family.
The foods are good but not that special, however during pandemic no self service which is good ????.
Parking lot are not enough in high season so they will ask you to park in the golf course parking space, but don't worry they'll provide you a transport to there

The location, facilities, food, amenities are all excellent, but the most outstanding is their service. My father left one of his valuable belongings, we only realized many many hours after checking out. They were able to locate it, and kept it safe with their manager until we pick it up again (they offer to mail it but we prefer to pick it up ourselves). Forever grateful. Thank you so much!!

Always fully occupied hotel.
And we got lucky to have 1 night stay here.
Although the room is not soundproof.
We can here noise from outside.
But my kids like the warm water pool and the breeze mountain air.
We also like the breakfast

It was a nice staycation in Bandung. The hotel has a nice view surrounding it. The golf course is just next door.

The kids love the infinity pool. Due to pandemic policy, we should register a swimming time prior to going in, but it was worth the wait.

We booked 4 rooms with connecting doors. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom had a tub with hot water.

No issue on the foods. Well served. Well prepared. The kids can choose around easily. We can enjoy the scenery while dining. Careful that it may get a bit crowded during peak time.

This hotel has a great view, breakfast buffet is good and the lobby looks great, however the rooms are outdated and not clean. Toilet seat, shower curtain and carpet should be renewed. We changed our room, but the new room was still not fully satisfied. For €80 p/night there are much better options in Bandung.

The view from room is great. Breakfast also good enough with various F u0026 B. The lobby looks great u0026 comfy.
The room was nice, but some furniture seems outdated. And also carpet in the room needs to be replaced periodically.
Hotel’s location is easily accessed, on the main road of Dago area
