WHAT SERVICE IS THIS??
I have read a lot of good reviews, but the reality that I experienced today, actually made me wonder and have a big question mark.
First time visit, heard and read many reviews about this place. When I got here, I saw ± 7 tables filled (3 tables filled by couples). I wanted to see the area while deciding to sit at a table with an umbrella roof (right in front of the prayer room).
*PAY ATTENTION*
(This applies to greetings to anyone who has just arrived). While I was waiting for the menu which I thought would arrive when I sat down, in fact no one took the initiative to deliver the menu to my table!.
Still waiting, I had to clean my table u0026 chairs with my own tissue, Because it's so dusty, for about 5 more minutes awaiting, no one brought me a menu still (Unbelievable). Until I have to call one of the waiter who want to pray,Then he brought me the menu u0026 he continued worship. For Lord of shake ±15 minutes I waited to return, until there was 1 waiter who was in the room near the entrance, realized that he saw me calling (they should pay attention) to a new guest who had just arrived. I only ordered coffee, because my hunger disappeared/Lost my appetite. Because I was looked down upon/looks like they judging by the covers/belittled from the moment I arrived here (the 6 male waiters were gathered chitchatting in front of the display, Near the entrance stairs). When guests arrive, they should approach and ask the table for how many people, then escort to the table that is available for the number of people(But on the other hand, the initiative does not exist at all from those who work here/floor employees/Lots of male servants). When my order was taken and brought inside, I couldn't help but laugh because my coffee order was only delivered by 2 male waiters? (1 brought a tray with my coffee order u0026 1 person brought an ashtray). Even I was not given/provided a tissue at the table where I was sitting, my goodness.
My moral message to all, please never look at / judge people from the outside, don't underestimate visitors, show respect , as you would like to be appreciated. Thank you very much for the experience.
