The room wall is not clean..the towel is so bad need to be change already ripped at the edge and the color is dirty.the shower is broken

The location is quite strategic for anyone who has plans to travel to the Lembang area. The rooms are clean, comfortable and neat with a fresh new building and supported by a mini market in one building. To find food around the hotel is very close, suitable for anyone who likes culinary tours. For breakfast do not expect much because it is adjusted to the price of your stay.

It is a new hotel. For me, it is cheap and clean. The workers are also friendly. The bed is extremely big. 3 adults can sleep comfortably on the bed at one time. It provides continental breakfast and it doesnt taste that good.....but okay. There is also a mart besides the hotel. The cons is that the hotel doesnt have lift, cause it only has 20 rooms.

Clean spacious room. But somehow there's ants in my room. not in annoying amount but quite surprising to see ants in a hotel. Front desk was friendly with my early check in request. consider this as a green hotel so smoking is strictly prohibited. no elevator so you have to take stairs to the 4 storey hotel. surrounded with minimarket, restaurants and easy public transportation access.

I intend to borrow a bowl because my friend and I have bought food from outside, because we are two person, I asked for 2 bowls, but they (front desk officers) talk to each other and said “just give them 1 bowl” without telling us the reason why. I think the hospitality in this place is not so good. *but the room is quite nice and tidy.*

The room is clean and tidy. They serve 2 bottle of mineral water but not water heater. I love the view from my room. The brekkie is just a spicy-seasoned chickens and rice, chopped watermelon and melon and orange juice. Although the chicken tastes so good. The staffs are so kind and helpful.
